ACE SCAFFOLD manufactures QES Scaffold — also called Quick Erect Scaffold — a fast-erecting modular system made of galvanized steel for high productivity on irregular structures and restricted-access sites. Its forged-ring posts (rings welded at 19½" intervals, eight openings) accept horizontals at varying angles, while captive wedges lock the connection without loose parts. With just two principal components — posts and horizontals — QES erects quickly for fit-out, maintenance and confined-entry work. Posts and horizontals make up the two principal components, and their connecting hardware is permanently set in place. Each post is fitted with forged rings welded at regular 19½" intervals. The rings have eight openings, so the horizontals can be attached at varying angles to meet field conditions. Captive wedges — integral to the ends of each horizontal — complete the connection to the ring.
QES Scaffold Application
QES suits sites with irregular geometry and tight or restricted access where tube-and-coupler scaffolds are slow to build. Its fast-erecting galvanized-steel modules keep crews productive in fit-out, maintenance and confined-entry work.
